Shipping Information
We ship to USA and Canada destinations only. For other international orders, please follow links to UK, Australia, Germany, Canada, Japan, France...
 
US orders will be shipped by UPS or by USPS, depending on which service has a shorter delivery time. Delivery and service Charges are US$ 8.00 per order for the continental-48 states, $11 for Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. locations. We pay sales tax.
Canadian orders will be shipped by USPS/Canada Post. You must pay local taxes (PST, GST and HST etc.) when the package is delivered, so please consider this point before you place an order. Delivery and service charges for Canadian orders are US$10.00 Canada local taxes - PST, GST and HST are not included.
Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.Usually ships the same business day.

- Our delivery charges listed on the website only cover Continental United States and Canada. For other international orders, please follow links below:
- If the shipment is returned to us due to insufficient or incomplete address provided by you, we will have to re-charge you the re-shipment postage. So, please make sure the address is complete, including business name and suite number if the postal address is a business complex, and proper suburb name. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.
The UPS will charge us US$11.00 for any refused packages with immediate effect. Therefore, please provide us with the correct postal address and name of the recipient. Otherwise, Customers would have to bear all the additional delivery and service charges, including that being imposed by the UPS.
Return Delivery
Charges
We will arrange UPS to pick up the RMA merchandise from
our customers. However, should postal address be provided with incorrect
or inadequate information? resulting in non-delivery, customers will
be charged the additional Delivery and Service Charges so incurred?
When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement
or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted,
nor would they be returned. It is the responsibility of the customer
to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect
against damages in freight, if they want to return the product(s)
for any reason. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent
(25%) restocking fee.
Cross Shipment
Cross shipment (exchange
shipped prior to return of the original) must be secured by
credit card. Such charge will remain on the customer's credit
card until we received the returned merchandise. A refund for
the charged amount will be credited within 30 days from the
day on which we received the returned merchandise. |

It is our goal to provide our customer
100% satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with
our product, return the product(s) to us within 14 days and we
will refund the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded
unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error).But
we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking charge.
